Do you ship outside the US?

No— United States only.

Is the coffee whole bean or ground?

Whole bean only. Grind fresh at home for the best cup.

How fresh is it?

We roast to order in small batches. Orders must be received by 11:59pm ET Sundays in order to be prepared and shipped the following week. Orders received after that deadline will be shipped the following week.

How long does shipping take?

Can I pick up my order?

Yes — choose local pickup at checkout. After you order, we'll contact you with the pickup location and timing. We don't publish a public address. Details are on the Shipping & Pickup page.
